This aesthetic oculoplastic surgery center on North Mayfair Road is thriving in the growing cosmetic surgery area of medicine. Dr. Bruce Massaro was born and raised in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Dr. Massaro has been honored in the Midwestern edition of Best Doctors in America, where more than 5,000 Midwestern Physicians were asked "If a friend or loved one came to you with a disorder within your area of expertise and you could not handle the care, to who would you refer them?" In July of 1996, Dr. Massaro established his private practice of Aesthetic Oculoplastic Surgery, Ltd. and is on the staff of numerous hospitals in Southeastern Wisconsin. Dr. Massaro and his office manager Dawn came to iNET Web looking to build a website that would more fully represent the advanced procedures, professional experience, and cutting edge products of Dr. Massaro’s Center for Facial Aesthetics. iNET Web developed a Flash based graphic masterpiece of a website.
Dr. Massaro’s office was, at the time of inquiry, a hardware customer of iNET-PC. It was definitely time for www.liddoc.com to undergo a serious facelift. The copy / paste, template, feel to their website could not represent a medical practice and definitely did not portray the capabilities of a surgeon with Dr. Massaro’s pedigree. The reality was that Dr. Massaro’s website was a plug in template used by an excavating company in Iowa – I actually found another company using the template to show how well they could move dirt! Can you possibly represent an excavating company and a plastic surgeon with the same website?...NO, you cannot! iNET Creative Genius came to the rescue.
iNET Web built www.liddoc.com to make an immediate impression: check the site out and see what I mean! A primarily Flash based graphic design structure allows for a fluid movement from page to page, graphically unique navigation and a very cool introduction to the site. Even being a Flash graphic piece, this website is completely editable on the customer’s end, giving them a level of control over their web site based marketing that they have never experienced. A custom database management area integrated to the backend of the web site has been designed to allow them the ability to add web content on an ongoing basis. The ability to add new before and after images, as well as customer testimonials to the website, is now only a couple of clicks away – for the Dr. Massaro team, this means no more waiting on a lazy website developer to return the call, no more waiting on a lazy website developer to actually do the work.
Dr. Massaro currently advertises on the radio and mentions his website address, www.liddoc.com in the radio spots. Now when a customer hears that ad, and decides to check out the website – it doesn’t unsell them. The graphic Flash image is uniquely the Liddoc’s. This website makes a great definitive impression, building customer confidence in the Liddoc and driving business. Dr. Massaro’s website now looks as good as his patients do.
Creative is an intangible. There aren’t many great creatives in radio. In branding there are less. In strategizing there are even less. Most companies have no BRAND. The products and services are amazing, the businesses are often brilliant. There is just nothing for consumers to grab and buckle themselves into. The web sites are also no influence in creating the brand, brand strategy, ad concept or ads.
iNET creative has dozens of mind traps and hooks. Duplicitous meanings and meanings left for the listener to decipher or wonder at. While these traps can get a listener stuck in a thought midstream over two, three, twenty exposures they force acceptance of the message and action. When they discover the hidden hooks listeners feel like insiders, part of the story and part of the brand.
