Lafayette Aviators

MKE Sports oversees several prospect league baseball franchises and in the off-season they host these elite collegiate athletes in ball games at small and medium towns throughout America. It's great entertainment for families and keeps the players tuned up. iNET Web markets several of the teams in the prospect league, including the Kokomo Jackrabbits.

The Aviators faced different marketing challenges than the Jackrabbits. The Aviators started in New York as the Jamestown Jammers. Around 2015, MKE Sports forecast more profitability in the south central region and expanded the franchise to Louisiana. The Jammers were popular in New York, so MKE Sports needed to capitalize on the momentum. MKE Sports contacted the expert communicators at iNET Web for SEO-optimized buzz marketing.  

Website Dilemmas

The Aviators had a rudimentary single-page website. It informed fans well enough, but there was nothing to keep fans on the website, which increases page ranks. User experience was poor due to a text-heavy design and poorly designed navigation.

Aviator’s fans appreciated the new design because it's so much easier to find the team's schedule when making plans. Easier planning for families has resulted in more families in the ballpark.
